How do you prevent impersonation or inappropriate content?
Badges are manually reviewed before they become issuable. Organizations are verified via email or DNS, which takes 24 hours.
Can badges be retired or replaced?
No, but you can always upgrade your subscription to a higher tier to get more badges!
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. However, you will lose API access, and your badges will become unissuable. You can re-subscribe again.
What are the guidelines for badge designs and who supplies them?
SVG or PNG with a minimum resolution of 500x500 and up to 2MB in size. Badges should have a transparent background and white sticker-like outline. Organizations can bring in any badges they like.
